Cut to Length Service:

Hot Knife Cutting:

Production Unlimited has the ability to cut strap materials such as Nylon Webbing to any length you require.
A computerized Hot Knife "seals" the ends of the straps to prevent "fraying".
The maximum strap width is:  5.5"  

Cold Knife Cutting:

Production Unlimited has the ability to cut a variety of materials to any length such as:
Velcro Straps, Velcro Hook & Loop, Nylon Webbing, Lace, Cord, Etc.
The maximum strap width is:  5.5"  

Packaging Service:

Production Unlimited has the ability to assemble and package a finished product.
Diecut pieces can be assembled and packaged to the customers requirements.
We can supply or help develop the packaging for you.
